  • Manager

    • Can accept invitations from Clients to manage projects.
    • Able to invite multiple Employees to collaborate on the project.
    • Task creation and assignment responsibility, ensuring tasks are distributed to the right team members.
    • Can manage all tasks using the Kanban view and oversee overall project progress.
    • Communicates with both Clients and Employees in dedicated chat rooms.
    • Can request project completion or deadline extensions based on project requirements.
  • Employee

    • Receives and completes tasks assigned by the Manager.
    • Can view their own tasks and update their progress in the Kanban view, moving tasks from 'To Do' to 'Completed'.
    • Communicates directly with the Manager for task clarifications or updates.
    • Limited access to only the tasks assigned to them.
